He can be frequently found at tradeshows, pressin' palms and makin' deals with the industry's new breed of entreprenuer. Mike is also a devoted father and spends quality time reading, having a laugh with friends, or shootin' hoops.

Mike originally hails from Phoenix, AZ where he played soccer as a youngster right into college. He earned his BA from Boise State University in 2000 and joined The Source in 2005. At The Source, Mike is the General Office Manager, and manages domestic orders and shipments and heads the Patriot Shaker division. Mike also attends industry tradeshows and brings his easy-going manner to the work environment at The Source. When not hitting the gym and being a family man, Mike can be found blazing the streets with his rottweiler, Sarge.

Director, Overseas Department & Product Development

"There's no one in the industry like us. It's a very exciting time at The Source. There's an entreprenuerial spirit to both what we do and the industry we're in. I love being part of that". Blair heads Product Development and Quality Control at The Source and also manages operations in Hangzhou, China. An avid Indy fan, outside the office you'll find Blair rippin' up the streets on his Harley and/or traveling to exotic locales.
